Check by phone or text if we are open or closed on commercially restricted public holidays, e.g. Easter, Anzac Day, and for 1 week from Christmas Eve.

Plant Availability

Due to propagation and seasonal availability, not all varieties listed in the catalogues will be in stock at all times during the year.

New season stock will be available from autumn onwards with the website catalogues adjusted accordingly.

If a variety is out of stock, the product will be marked as currently unavailable and we will be happy to offer suggestions for a substitute.

Planting Season

The planting season for this family of plants is generally March to October, but can be longer in areas with moderate climate and water availability.

Autumn-winter planting is recommended to maximise root development prior to spring-summer growth.

Mail Order

We accept orders from all areas within New Zealand and deliver plants door-to-door using Aramex Couriers [and the Rural Delivery service].

Plants are usually delivered within 2 to 4 days in cartons holding up to 4 plants x 3 litre container pots, or up to 9 plants x 1.5 litre container pots. Courier charges are based on a 10kg carton [not per plant].
